The new homes offered for sale are ‘HUD-code’ homes and are built in a manufacturing plant to the exact specifications of the US Government which in many cases are to a higher standard that site built homes. All of the most up-to-date housing options are offered including “stone-hearth” center island kitchens, formal dining rooms and “Tranquility” baths. All homes come complete with central AC, storage sheds and custom vinyl porches. The homes come wired for ceiling fans and exterior water and electricity are provided.
